DISCLAIMER: USE OF CAMPGROUND AND MARINA IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH BELOW

RULES AND REGULATIONS CAN RESULT IN TERMINATION OF SERVICE, CONTRACT, AND/OR AGREEMENT. THE

MARINA AND/OR CAMPGROUND’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY PART OF THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS SHALL

NOT BE DEEMED A WAIVER AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH FAILURE TO ENFORCE.

CAMPGROUND: CHECK IN: 1PM CHECK OUT: 12PM

• QUIET HOURS: 10PM TO 7AM DAILY. Be courteous at all times.

• Please do not use profanity or act in a disorderly manner

• Campers who occupy a site prior to noon will be charged an extra day

• Campsites MUST be set up before 11pm; must notify management for unforeseen circumstances

• Water, electric and use of dump station are included in fee, we do not provide electric for air conditioners and/or heaters

• ONE camping unit and ONE vehicle per camping site, all additional vehicles must park in designated area for a fee

• Coin operated Showers and Laundry are located next to store

• Do not tamper with any electric, lights, showers, toilets, washer, dryer, etc. Any concerns with Campground and/or Marina equipment should be reported to management.

• NO watercraft(s)/trailer(s) at camping site, they MUST be registered with Campground and parked in designated area

• Any camping site not left in good condition WILL be charged a clean up fee

• MUST check out prior to leaving

1. Dump station is for CURRENT campers only. Campers may only dispose of water waste at the dump station. NO using ground, garbage receptacles and/or bathrooms for disposal of water waste.

2. Watercraft(s) must use pump out station at dock to empty greywater and blackwater tanks. NO using garbage receptacles and/or bathrooms to empty greywater and black water tanks.

3. NO Alcohol – NO Smoking – NO Vaping

4. NO Barbecuing or cooking at Marina, except at the designated areas. Must use a heat barrier under table top barbecues to protect surface.

5. NO Chartering or other commercial activities of any kind are permitted. Dock Slips and Camp Sites are for recreational purposes only.

6. NO Cutting down and/or injuring any tree/shrub in any way, including but not limited to using nails

7. NO Dirt bikes, golf carts or ATV’s of any kind

8. NO Deposing of outside garbage at campsite to include but not limited to, household, construction, debris, etc.

9. NO Dock boxes and/or mounting of tires, carpets or unapproved padding on the docks

10. NO Fireworks

11. NO “For Sale” signs or other signs may be displayed on the watercraft while at the Marina

12. NO Littering and/or use of any type of chemical(s) whatsoever anywhere in the Marina/Campground

13. NO Living on or overnight stays on watercraft

14. NO Open fires, except in fire ring at campsites. NO Material to include but not limited to garbage, construction material, debris allowed to be burned in fire rings. ONLY “ordinary” firewood allowed to be burned in fire rings. Fires must be supervised at all times and extinguished prior to leaving campsite.

15. NO Outside firewood due to potential transport of invasive pests (Firewood is available for purchase at Caffrey Store)

16. NO Outside contractors for maintenance to include but not limited to watercraft(s), vehicles and camping units

17. NO Outside gas and/or refueling

18. NO Party Rentals to include but not limited to Tents, Carnival Games, Inflatables, Mechanical Bulls, Playsets, etc.

19. NO Pets

20. NO Portable generators, except at Campground

21. NO Power equipment, to include but not limited to chainsaws, trimmers, lawn movers, etc.

22. NO Running on docks

23. NO Swimming

24. You are solely responsibility for protection/security of your property. Marina/Campground/BIF III Holtwood LLC assumes NO responsibility for lost or damage of any kind, to include but not limited to theft, animals, fire, freezing, Acts of God, strikes and/or riots.

25. You will be held liable for damages done by you and all persons or guests in your group, to any property at the Marina and/ or Campground

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR REFUSE SERVICE IF RULES ARE VIOLATED
